Questions our customers have asked:

Q: What do i need to bring for my dog?

A: You will need to bring your pets bed, food, collar and favourite toy for bedtime.

Q: Will my dog be kept on a lead?

A: Yes your dog will be kept on lead at all times, unless advised by the owner they have good recall and have stated this on our information/contract sheets. We also require a video to show us your dog has good recall before allowing them off lead.

Q: Where will my dog sleep?

A: All dogs will sleep in their own beds downstairs.

Q: Does my dog need to be vaccinated?

A: Yes, your dog is required to be fully vaccinated two weeks minimum before staying at Mucky Pups for your own dog and others health. We will require confirmation of your dogs last vaccination via picture of their updated vaccination card.

Q: Will other dogs stay as well as mine?

A: Yes, home boarding can often be with a full house.

Therefore, we will only accept dogs who are friendly, well socialised and play nicely with others, including our own dog.

Q:What methods of payment do you accept?

A: We accept Bank Transfer and Cash.

Unfortunately we do not accept cheques.
